Alpha Supreme is an over-the-top American pale ale originally brewed to commemorate the 2nd anniversary of New Brew Thursday's beer webcast. For a special twist, we used a hefty dose of German rye malt to compliment American 2-row and light caramel malt. Alpha Supreme is outrageously hopped with Nelson Sauvin, a hop variety from New Zealand, as well as Summit, Columbus, and Simcoe from the good old US. For aunique and bold aroma, we dry hopped Alpha Supreme with Nelson Sauvin and Columbus. IBUs 75
Amalgamator is a West Coast-Style India Pale Ale that's bursting with unique aromas and flavors. A light base of American 2-row malt makes way for the hops to take the stage. Amalgamator is hopped in the kettle with Amarillo, Warrior, Columbus, and Mosaic, a newer American variety. Hopheads rejoice! Citraholic is a "modern" West Coast-Style IPA that's focused on Citra, one of our favorite new American hop varieties. Brewed with an abundance of Citra hops, we also blend in Warrior, Columbus, and Simcoe in the kettle for good measure. Citraholic is double dry hopped for two weeks with an abundance of Citra (and a touch of Columbus) imparting heavy aromas of citrus & tropical fruits with melon and gooseberry nuances. A base of American 2-row malt and scatterings of light British caramel malt create the perfect foundation for this unique and powerfully pungent IPA. You asked for it and we were happy to deliver! The Hops of Brixton is a classic British-style extra special bitter (ESB). It starts with British Maris Otter malt for a toasty backbone that's accented with light and dark British caramel malts, adding distinctive toffee notes. Flaked barley adds a gentle silkiness to the mouthfeel. Hops from the East Kent region of England create a floral and earthy hop profile to perfectly balance the malt. London's calling! IBUs 44
Hops of Fury is a triple IPA that's sure to battle your senses into submission. We hopped this beer in the kettle with Warrior, Chinook, Columbus, Amarillo, HBC-342 and Citra for a complex and powerful flavor combination. For extra measure, we even added a small bale of Columbus hop flowers to the mash! We then dry hopped this organoleptic cannonball with Amarillo, Columbus, Centennial, Citra and Equinox. IBUs 100+
Jean-Quad Van Damme is an inspired Belgian-style quadruppel. A mosaic of German and Belgian malts are melded with specialty Belgian "candi" syrup. The result is a wide swath of dark fruit flavors with accents of cognac. Floral hops from Germany provide the perfect balance to Quattro's impossibly complex maltiness. Fermented with out favorite Belgian yeast, this beer clocks in at 11.3% ABV. IBUs 33
