A classic interpretation of a signature Belgian-style strong ale brewed with a base of German pilsner malt that is accented with a touch of Belgian aromatic malt. Our favorite Belgian yeast from the Westmalle Trappist imparts a bodacious fruity aroma and juicy flavors. 3rd Dimension is hopped with floral and spicy Magnum & Tettnanger varieties from Germany. As in the Trappist brewing tradition, large portions of pure cane sugar are used to create a dry finish. Lively carbonation adds to this beer's crisp finish. IBUs 44
Alpha Galactic is a west coast-style pale ale with a blast of intergalactic flavors and aromas. A base of pilsner malt lays down a delicate foundation for the Australian Galaxy and American Warrior, Amarillo, & Simcoe varities. Dry hopping with Galaxy creates bright aromas of passion fruit, pineapple, and dank resin. IBUs 69
Hopheads rejoice! Citraholic is a "modern" West Coast-Style IPA that's focused on Citra, one of our favorite new American hop varieties. Brewed with an abundance of Citra hops, we also blend in Warrior, Columbus, and Simcoe in the kettle for good measure. Citraholic is double dry hopped for two weeks with an abundance of Citra (and a touch of Columbus) imparting heavy aromas of citrus & tropical fruits with melon and gooseberry nuances. A base of American 2-row malt and scatterings of light British caramel malt create the perfect foundation for this unique and powerfully pungent IPA. You asked for it and we were happy to deliver! Denver Jackhammer is Beachwood's newest double IPA that relentlessly pounds out massive hop aromas and flavors. A light base of American 2-row malt paves the way for a foundation of Chinook, Summit, Warrior, Simcoe, Columbus, Citra, and Amarillo hops. Double dry-hopped Melrose is a full-blown West Coast-style India pale ale chocked full of sticky hop resins. Brewed with American 2-row malt and a touch of Canadian “honey” malt, Melrose is generously hopped with Simcoe and Amarillo varieties. We then liberally double dry hop the beer for an over the top aromatic experience with notes of citrus rind, tropical fruits, and pine resin. IBUs 99+
El Verano is a traditional Belgian-style saison that begins with a base of German pilsner malt and a generous portion of malted rye. Malted spelt and flaked wheat adds a pleasant earthiness while softening the mouthfeel. We've incorporated local sage honey to accentuate the floral German hops used in the kettle. Fermented with our favorite Belgian yeast, El Verano has aromas of fresh fruits and delicate spices with a refreshingly dry finish and lively carbonation.

The Hops of Brixton is a classic British-style extra special bitter (ESB). It starts with British Maris Otter malt for a toasty backbone that's accented with light and dark British caramel malts, adding distinctive toffee notes. Flaked barley adds a gentle silkiness to the mouthfeel. Hops from the East Kent region of England create a floral and earthy hop profile to perfectly balance the malt. London's calling! IBUs 44
Brewed to celebrate LABW, Round Up is a collaboration with our amazing friends at Drake's, a brewery that's been independently owned since 1989. Hazy with a chance of hoppiness, it's brewed with Mosaic, El Dorado, Styrian Cardinal from Slovenia, Rakau from New Zealand, and Southern Aroma from South Africa. Special thanks to Faction Brewing for gifting us the extremely rare Southern Aroma for this project. IBUs 40
"System of a Stout" is an imperial stout infused with all the traditional ingredients of a savory cup of Armenian coffee: cardamom, molasses, coffee (of course), and brandy. In the kettle, the beer is lightly dosed with green cardamom for exotic spice notes. Molasses adds a richness that seamlessly blends in. The finished beer was then aged for several days masterfully roasted coffee from Portola Coffee Lab in Costa Mesa. The beer was then aged for several weeks on Armenian brandy-soaked oak chips for yet another dimension of flavors and aromas. Take your time and enjoy this endlessly complex and nuanced beer.

Wholly Smoke is a robust porter laced with one of our signature house flavors and aromas - smoke! A blend of British malts mingle with beechwood smoked malt and oak smoked wheat from Germany in this rich and complex smoky ale. Hopped with British Target and EKG for the perfect balance. IBUs 44

An American red ale brewed with American 2-row malt, a hefty helping of British caramel malt, and a smidgen of pale chocolate malt. Knucklehead Red has a great caramel malt profile that's perfectly balanced by Columbus, Centennial, and Cascade hops.
